We are currently recruiting for a supervisory role to prepare Ambulances and other patient carrying vehicles ready for use by clinical staff.

Main duties include cleaning of the vehicles to a very high specification, checking and inspecting equipment and restocking consumables. The role will also involve moving vehicles between stations and refuelling, etc.

The successful candidate must be flexible in their approach to the job as this position is a supporting role to the emergency services. Must be reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail. Must be able to work as part of a small team.

Initially these roles will be based in Wakefield although this may be subject to change in the future. No experience is required as full training will be given.

Hours of work – 37.5 per week & 15 hrs per week.

Rate of pay - AfC  Band  4 + 25% unsocial hours enhancement.

Pro-rata 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
